In October 2024, Coquí Charities presented the second edition of “From Pop to Opera”, a unique musical event featuring an exquisite variety of genres, including opera, zarzuela, symphonic, and popular music.
In December 2022, Coqui Charities presented its first “From POP to Opera concert”. A benefit concert celebrating the The Palmas Academy’s 30th anniversary and also to contribute to the school’s scholarship fund. The public had a wonderful experience of listening to our special guest the tenor Rafael Dávila and the soprano Doris Muñoz who joined their voices for the cause.
