Doris Muñoz Aponte is a talented singer from Humacao, Puerto Rico, whose voice moves effortlessly between pop and opera. She holds a Bachelor’s in Humanities with a concentration in Music from the University of Puerto Rico and an Artist Diploma from the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico.

Her journey with music began long before her formal studies — singing with local bands, performing worldwide, and embracing styles from indie and reggae to classical opera. Doris has performed leading roles in productions such as Così Fan Tutte, The Magic Flute, and The Telephone, and has shared her talent across stages in Italy, Colombia, Mexico, and the United States.

In recent years, she has brought her signature versatility to the stage through her project “From Pop to Opera,” a concert that blends her two musical worlds. She is currently working on her first album based on this concept and continues to perform in Puerto Rico and abroad.
